Emma is an email marketing company – but they’re not just about powerful software, beautifully designed emails, and impressive results. They mean business when it comes to connecting with their customers and helping them do their best work. Despite their record of success, they’d never had an organized direct mail lead generation strategy. 

They joined Campaign Club (LITE) to 1) promote general brand awareness, and 2) woo potential customers away from lower-tier platforms. In other words, they wanted to have their cake and eat it blue. (You’ll see.)

THE SOLUTION

CREATIVE APPROACH

Emma is perhaps best known for their wonderful team and approach to customer service. They sell software, yes, but they really sell day-in, day-out marketers who care about their clients’ success.

We began by creating a delicious campaign concept themed around “Tasting Sweet Success,” which included a popular Wicked Good Cupcake in a Jar, complete with a set of branded bamboo spoons, customized info card, and fully-branded box – proving you really can have your cake and eat it blue.

Since prospects loved the tasty treats so much, Emma chose to send gourmet dipped pretzel rods for their second campaign. After all, it’s always crunch time for marketers!
