Yext is an innovative company that specializes in digital knowledge. They help businesses understand and manage the public facts about their brands everywhere they appear online. As a result, Yext helps clients boost brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase sales. They offer an array of products to cover all touch-points through which consumers experience a brand: maps, apps, voice search tools, digital assistants, search engines, GPS systems, social networks, and more.

In short, Yext “puts business on the map.” They wanted to create compelling direct mail campaigns that would help engage prospects and fill the funnel.

THE SOLUTION

CREATIVE APPROACH

Yext reached out to CQB because of our deep background with prospecting campaigns and our knack for creative concepts. For their first campaign, we created a kit with the theme: “What once was lost can now be found.” It featured a handy personal tracker that drove home the importance of location and educated prospects about Yext’s services.

For their second campaign, we designed a “Grow with us” desktop planter kit, outfitted with a trio of herb planters and a customized card printed on recycled paper — all inside a fully-branded, eco-friendly box. 

And for each campaign, we handled all the logistics (100+ tasks!) from concepts to creative, assembly to shipping, so Yext’s team could get back to focusing on their “real” jobs and leave all the nitty-gritty details to us.
