BitLoft began as a boutique Indy-based tech firm called A Simple Reminder, specializing in broadcasting text messages to one or thousands of people simultaneously. But they fitinued growing–and fast. They expanded their suite of services to include a host of IT management consulting, IT marketing strategy, and web and game development, far beyond “simple” text reminders.

Naturally, they wanted to give their company a brand makeover that would represent the future of their business versus the past. And at CQB, we love spinning just that kind of magic.

THE SOLUTION

CREATIVE APPROACH

BitLoft drafted CQB for a full brand makeover. In order to best pinpoint their brand, we first focused on understanding exactly who they are, what they do (a lot!), and why they’re different. The result was a comprehensive brand strategy document that provides guidance around messaging, voice, and tone.

We then worked closely with their team to create a new name that encompassed their expanded services and innovative culture. Next came a new logo and brand guidelines that would allow their team to take the baton and build out their new website.
