Conga (formerly Octiv) provides digital document transformation that lead to business-critical efficiencies and more revenue generation.

From Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to document generation, data and process automation to e-Signing and AI, Conga does a lot to make their clients’ lives easier. We wanted to return the favor.

They first requested help filling their sales funnel with warmer leads and promoting brand awareness, so they signed up for Campaign Club Lite. The following year, they opted to join Cheer Squad and have us create direct mail kits for strategic customer milestones.

THE SOLUTION

CREATIVE APPROACH

For their first prospecting campaign, (then) Octiv wanted a concept that would be versatile across various verticals, increase general brand awareness, and drive prospects to schedule a product demo. The result was a fully-custom kit featuring a resistance parachute for prospects whose existing business processes were slowing them down.

We then executed two additional campaigns, one of which invited recipients to enjoy exclusive helicopter tours over San Francisco during Dreamforce and the other that urged prospects to reexamine their contract management process with a branded microscope-themed kit.

Prospects are the only ones feeling the love, though. Conga’s suite of Cheer Squad gifts are geared toward existing clients and are sent one-off via an online store to recognize major milestones (e.g. welcome, implementation complete, renewal).
