Creative Brief

Nextech, formerly the ExactTarget Foundation, is a computer science education non-profit that helps transform K-12 technology consumers into next-generation technology pioneers. As with most non-profit organizations, they lacked the marketing budget to hire full-time in-house staff or afford a traditional creative agency. But, they had a long list of marketing needs — and little time to execute before their public launch. That’s when CQB stepped onto the field.

THE SOLUTION

Creative Approach

Nextech put CQB on monthly retainer as their virtual marketing department. We began by extending their existing logo and brand across new templates, business cards, and collateral. Then, we focused on writing, designing, and developing a custom, responsive WordPress website and blog that captured their purpose, programs, and people. Once the public-facing deliverables were complete, we planned and executed their public launch party and educator kickoff.
