And then you’re stuck with the same bland, irrelevant emails to which you eventually end up unsubscribing altogether even though you were once genuinely interested in the sender’s content? Whew. It’s a vicious cycle.
That’s where Preferably comes in. Their platform uses beautiful and dynamic question asking and conditional logic to create personalized email and web content tailored for each end user. By presenting an ongoing series of strategic questions, companies learn more about their audiences with every digital interaction and route rich preference data to relevant company systems. Then, they use that data to send emails subscribers actually care about and to create preference centers that are dynamic, intuitive, branded destinations people actually want to visit and interact with.
