trueU is a non-profit membership-based organization that provides people-driven leadership development. Members learn to create environments where the best employees stay, their communities thrive, and their bottom lines grow.

In short, they do great work. But they had one major hurdle–communicating the value of their great work to potential clients. More than anything, their website was confusing and left visitors unsure what (if anything) to do next. They needed clearer content, more intuitive design, and ultimately a more creative, compelling message to engage their ideal members. That’s where we stepped in.

CREATIVE APPROACH

When it comes to websites, CQB manages the process from beginning to end, including copy, design, development, and launch. We scoured content from their previous website, asked key questions to understand their needs and value, and brought those thoughts to life.

The new design guides visitors to key content with clear messaging, value statements, and calls to action. We also made sure to highlight trueU’s work, services, and impact through the site photography. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words.
