What types of direct mail campaigns do you offer?

Campaign Club for lead generation and Cheer Squad for customer and employee recognition kits.
What’s included in your support for completing the project?
- We’ll bring to the field our time-tested 12-week project plan to take the project from drafting to the Super Bowl!
- You’ll get one of our experienced Quarterbacks to project manage the entire campaign.
- We’ll handle all concepting and a personalized presentation deck for clients to choose their concept. Each campaign gets three unique concepts for the client to choose from along with quantity and budget information so they can make the best choice for their needs.
- Once the concept is chosen, we’ll make sure all the creative is handled and everything is ordered so the campaign stays on time.
- Our partnership with our fulfillment house who orders all promotional items, handles all assembly, and does all shipping will be used for the campaign.
- Our photographer will capture the campaign in beautiful professional photos that we will display for clients in a campaign overview presentation.
- You and the client will have access to our project management system, Teamwork.
- A client sample is included for the client at the end of the campaign.
What is my commission?

The commission is $2K per single campaign or the first campaign for Campaign Club or Cheer Squad programs. Each additional campaign as part of a Cheer Squad bundle or Campaign Club 4-campaign contract, you’ll receive $1K more.
What’s your philosophy on customer service?

How will I be supported in the sales process?
- You will be given access to a webpage where you can direct prospects for more information on the programs and to enter their contact information.
- A pitch deck will give you all the info you need for prospect presentations.
- A PandaDocs proposal template to close the deal.
- Access to Abby Hobbs, our Direct Mail Program Owner, to answer any questions along the way.
How do I educate myself on Creative Quarterback Direct Mail programs?

Once signed on as a Scout, you will warm-up for prospecting by going through Scouts Training Camp! It’s not as intense as it sounds but will give you a deep dive into Campaign Club, Cheer Squad, the CQB project execution process, and where you fit in as a Scout.
I signed up a Campaign Club or Cheer Squad client. Now what?

You will introduce the new CQB client to Abby Hobbs, Direct Mail Programs Owner and Quarterback (project manager). From there, she will guide them through the client onboarding process and execute their direct mail campaign(s).

You will be kept “in the loop” throughout the project via CQB’s project management system, Teamwork. There will not be action items for you as a Scout, but you will be copied on client communications so you’re privy to project status.

Think of yourself as a relationship manager – checking in periodically to ensure the client is happy and overly satisfied with their Direct Mail Program purchase.
I would like to write campaign copy, create design, or provide the creative direction for the campaign. How does that work?

Want to be involved in the campaign on a deeper level? Sure thing! Not only will you be a Scout, but also a CQB freelancer in your field of expertise. You will be compensated our going rate for the piece of the project you would like to take on.
